Laughter lecture

Two hours about the impact of laughter on our body and mind. We also warm up with playful Laughter Yoga and finish with a relaxing Laughter Meditation.

Laughter at work?

Do you want to increase the creativity, the productivity and reduce the number of sick-days?

Let the group exercis Laughter Yoga and Laughter Meditation at least once a week. I will be happy to come and train the group once a week. Together we can evaluate the effect.

An hour of Laughter Yoga and Laughter Meditation makes a good start on a kick-off or any kind of party! Contact me for a prospect.

About Laughter

To laugh

  • reduces stress and irritation,
  • strengthen the immune system,
  • relieves pain,
  • and makes the muscles relax

Be careful with Laughter Yoga...

  • if you are pregnant(first 3 monthes and at the end),
  • if you suffer from hernia,
  • if you have a weak heart (If you can walk 45 minutes you can join in!).
